has been granted permission to operate under licence of the Vaad for the period until June 2012.

This licence is valid contingent on aforementioned licensee abiding by the strict guidelines of the Ottawa Vaad HaKashrut.

Our bagels are rolled by hand, boiled, then baked in an old-fashioned, wood burning oven. They have no preservatives, no dairy products or by-products, and no salt.

The Bagelshop offers a wide range of Kosher food products, during holidays and throughout the year.
