Kashut Licence and Certificate
OTTAWA BAGEL SHOP
BAGEL DIVISION
has been granted permission to operate under licence of the Vaad for the period until June 20, 2004.
This licence is valid
contingent on aforementioned licensee abiding by the strict guidelines
of the Ottawa Vaad HaKashrut.

be seen at the Ottawa Bagel Shop.)
Our bagels are still rolled by hand, boiled,
then baked in an old-fashioned, wood burning oven. They have no preservatives,
no dairy products or by-products, and no salt. They're a delicious energy
boost you can't feel guilty about!
